Workshops are available on a multitude of topics, including, but not limited to:
- Ghosts and Hauntings
- Cryptozoology (i.e. Bigfoot, Mothman, Loch Ness Monster, etc.)
- Parapsychology (i.e. psychic ability, Near Death Experiences, divination, extrasensory perception)
Payment, will be expected, by the close of the event, unless negotiated in advance. An additional fee for travel may be assessed for events further than a 20-mile radius from the Cedar Rapids, IA metropolitan area.
Zoom or other Distance Media may be available upon request.
Lectures and speaking engagements may also be arranged. Just ask!

What the consultation will do - We can provide assistance in assessing a situation, and providing advice on how to resolve. Work is on a remote basis, but minor physical evidence gathering may be implemented to assess the situation.
Onsite consultation may be possible, based on schedule and distance.
What the consultation will not do - We will not hold investigations for the purpose of entertainment or declaring a property haunted for legal reasons, media visibility, or commercial paranor
Fee Structure - So many hours of pro-bono(free work) are allotted per month. These hours are awarded upon case evaluation with the client, and may be cancelled, by the client, or the group, at any time.
Hours, in addition, or in lieu of, pro-bono work, may be negotiated on a fee basis. An additional fee for travel may be assessed for events further than a 20-mile radius from the Cedar Rapids, IA metropolitan area.
